Logging in to the ANREU
To log in to the ANREU from the public home page:
- Click the Log In button. This will present a form in which you will be required to enter your valid user name and password.
- After entering a valid user name and password, click the Log In button (or hit enter).
If the user name and password provided are correct and valid, you will be taken to the logged in home page.
If the user name and password provided are incorrect and/or invalid, you will see a message indicating this and you will be given the opportunity to re-enter your user name and password.
Clicking the cancel button will return you to the public home page.
Expired Passwords
ANREU Passwords expire after 90 days. If your password has expired, click the "forgot your password?" link appearing on the login page and follow the instructions to reset your password. If you still have trouble, you will need to contact the ANREU Administration for a password reset. Please provide the following information to registry-contact@cleanenergyregulator.gov.au:
- full name
- user name
- email address
- phone contact numbers
- business address
